Can you believe that less than 10 years ago I was terrified of public speaking? Now, it’s one of my top skills and ways I contribute to the world. I’ve spoken to hundreds of startups, communities, designers, innovators, and professionals who are looking for ways to be more of a human being than a human doing in their work. Each time I speak with a group, it’s a chance for connection and learning.
Speaking topics include: building communities online and offline, team building, time management, experience design, conscious leadership, overcoming personal hurdles like imposter syndrome.
I’d love to speak more about transitioning from individual contributor to manager, letting employee passions shine through employee-led initiatives, behavioral design for product and program leaders.
